      -grilled iceland salmon (risotto, nueske's applewood smoked ham, peas, crispy spanish onion)
      -seared ecuador mahi mahi (israeli cous cous, mirepoix, artichoke, oyster mushroom)
      -grilled top sirloin steak (tarragon mustard cream sauce, roasted garlic mashed potato, green bean)
      -pan seared airline chicken breast (salsa verde, jasmine rice, crispy tortilla, cotija cheese)
